Despite the permission of the World Association FIFA, the German Football Association (DFB), on the other hand, has pronounced, subsequently changing players from Ukraine and Russia to give the game approval for the current season. Only participation in the training and at test matches is permitted to players.
“The main reason for the decision of the DFB is to maintain the sporting integrity of competitions and the remaining gaming days of the 2021/2022 season in all play classes,” the association let know.

Finally, FIFA had decided to allow change of foreign players and coaches from Ukraine and Russia despite the longest end of the transfer period (January 31st) as a result of the Russian attack on Ukraine. Since Wednesday, this also applies to Ukrainians.
