The Series 6 Update for Forza Horizon 5 is in front of the door and has some interesting innovations for Horizon Open, the EventLab and the Drift Club Mexico, and the Drift Club Mexico.

Horizon Open Custom Racing
- Custom races enable races based on desired parameters
- Own progress system for Horizon Open
- From Series 6 all in Horizon Open earned EP both the traditional player level as well as the new Horizon Open Level.
- New additional XP strip for Horizon Open Level
- By completing special challenges or step up, badges are unlocked
EventLab
- New props for the Blueprint Builder (walls, platforms, pillars, stickers, lanterns)
- Customizable gravity from 10% to 200% for cars
- Improved visibility in big heights
Drift Club Mexico
- The Welsh Drift Expert Robert Glenn has traveled to Mexico and brought a series of new drift challenges from the UK
- The new challenges put players behind the tax of seven of the coolest drift cars in the world
- Players who have the Horizon Rush Outpost can begin immediately with the Drift Club Mexico
- At the conclusion of all six chapters, players receive the fully electric 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E 1400
