Dying Light Next Gen Patch Tested: Performance, Balanced And Resolution
In the wake of the pretty success of Dying Light 2, Techland returned to the already popular first episode released in January 2015 to administer a new generation treatment. Touched by more than 20 million people since its inception, Dying Light is now optimized on PlayStation 5 with a patch that will also be available in a few days for Xbox Series players. The result results in the presence of three modes highlighting the 60 frames per second, except the high resolution mode that sacrifices the fluidity to promote a 4K display. For those who have not yet had the opportunity to get their hands on a new generation console, Techland notes that the game should also better hold its 30 frames per second on PS4 Pro once the patch is applied.
